kitchen layout.


i finally got to layout the kitchen. this kitchen is not meant to be a restaurant kitchen...it is more for the serving of bar type food. the plan around the actual cooking area is very open; this is meant to make it easy on all the employees that are running around on a busy night doing various things (getting ice, taking out the trash, running food orders, restocking, running from the back to the lanes to fix a problem, etc.)
